A Plethora of Tommys
WHO: Tommy Shepherd (in multiple forms), OTA
WHERE: Around the Spheres
WHAT: AU-ified Tommy all around.
WHEN: Feb 1st-29th
WARNINGS: The one marked Tommy Lehnsherr has a Tommy that isn't exactly nice, and he may get insulting or even violent. Sorry.
NOTES: I'm happy to do a bit of wiggle with dates for Tommy's different forms. Generally I'm thinking he's probably himself on weekends for helping Speedy out and to let him interact with AU'd people, but I'm not picky. See the bottom for notes on what each AU is.]
AU Notes over in the OOC comm
Prince Thomas Magnus
First thought? He's been kidnapped by Atlanteans. Seriously, Gramps is going to be SO UPSET at him for this. Even Howlett can't track into the ocean, can't smell things. And who said that Atlantean wizards or whatever couldn't keep Mom and William from scrying where he was for a rescue? But the thing is, normally Namor would come to gloat before this, right? Damn, now he's getting weirded out.
So Thomas Magnus, prince of the Magnus line of Genosha, clad in the family military uniform-esque formal wear of the royals, finds himself wandering through the spheres. He doesn't bother going fast, because it might draw too much attention. But he definitely doesn't remember how he got here. Or where here is, other than under the ocean. Maybe the Inhumans took him? If so then he is SORTA related so maybe he can find Princess Crystal and get her to demand they let him go.
In the mean time, Thomas really has to get a bit less obvious, doesn't he? The prince, not even thinking, just grabs a hat off of a passer by and plops it down on his own head to cover his shock of white hair and liberates a coat left on a nearby bench and pulls that on too. Dammit, what is even going on here?
"William, if this is your fault, I'm going to hide ALL your comics and tell Agent Darkholme that you're sneaking out to buy them against Mother's instructions."
There's always a slim chance William has that invisibility thing down now and is sneaking around nearby.
Tommy Vision(MCU)
There are literally two possibilities here for what is going on. A: Some spell mom or Billy were working went TOTALLY wrong and has sent him to some random place or time or part of the multiversemore likely Billy than mom because Mom's been powerful FOREVER and doesn't seem likely to have done this, or he's been kidnapped. Kidnapped to get one of his Avenger parents to do something they don't want to do. The former? Sucks. The latter? The later is SUPER COOL!
Tommy grins as he considers it, darting here and there around the strange place he's found himself. There are stores and some sort of Moon festival, and people don't seem REALLY shocked by there being a super fast kid running around making a private sort of chaos. Either way, he knows someone will come and rescue him sooner or later. So really, Tommy isn't panicked at all. Instead he runs around, looking for familiar faces. Any Avenger would do.
And maybe, a bit later, he'll see a shock of familiar hair. And take off at maximum speedslowing down at the last second to sweep the woman up in his arms.
"Mom! You found me. Worst game of tag ever, by the way. I blame Billy."
Otherwise, after a few hours Tommy will definitely start to get impatient. There is ONLY SO MUCH meditation and calming behaviors his parents could teach him to handle a situation like this. So finally he reaches out and touches a person on their shoulder.
"Hey, sorry to bug you. My name's Tommy and I'm totally lost. Like, this REALLY isn't New York. Can you tell me where I am and how I'm supposed to get back to the states? My parents are gonna freak when they find out I'm missing. I'll be grounded for, like, EVER. They'll make me sit down with, like, Black Panther or Winter Soldier or Captain Marvel and have them give me one of those 'We're not Mad, we're Disappointed' looks. And it's not even my fault this time!"
Tommy Lehnsherr
They've dampened his powers. The older man, silver hair and a scar stretching from the bottom left corner of his mouth down to the hinge of his jaw sneers as he looks around this place. This trap. A new form of N-Zone? Who knows. What he can say is that this place is not where he was when he went to sleep last night. He had been in a safehouse in Bulgaria, waiting for the chance to finish his current plan against those frustrating New Avengers that his Soul-Twin was part of. Instead here he was, sitting on a bench and glaring at the path in front of him. His hands were raised, and he was trying to explode it. And there was NOTHING there. This place had stripped away his powers.
"Fucking racist flatscans," he curses as he lowers his hands. "Too afraid to face me at my power. I'll drag this place down around your damn EARS!"
Thomas Maximoff
This wasn't his bedroom. This wasn't his house. This wasn't a LOT of things that he knows. And the kid doesn't know what to do with that. He woke up in a strange bed with a strange guy and immediately snuck out. Stranger danger was very real. And now the little boy was out in the hall between the Spheres, looking very nervous. No, not just nervous. Scared.
Later, after someone has explained everything to him, the boy, not quite eight and living with a shock of white hair that he's still getting used to seeing in reflections, starts to explore. The place is WAY TOO BIG with everything around here, but he definitely wanders anyway, asking people tons of annoying questions. And all while carrying a young sloth in two sweaters that is clinging either to his arm or his neck.
"Hi," he greets anyone he sees. "I'm Tommy. Mom says I'm not supposed to talk to strangers. So if you tell me who you are, you're not a stranger, And then I can ask where I can maybe find lunch?"

The man she found instead wasn't quite what she expected. There's no doubt that the older man is either Tommy or someone who looks exactly like an older version of Tommy might. A rougher version of the Tommy that's definitely seen some shit. She tucks her hands into the pocket of her leather studded jacket as she approaches him with an arched eyebrow.
"Hey there, watch the language," she chides with a sardonic little smirk.

"What, you going to make me, Dane? Because I doubt you can."
He's very careful about no magnetic metals on himself.

"Lets not put that to the test," there's a terseness in her voice with the comment. The last thing she wants is some sort of fight with some version of her alternate universe nephew. That entire sentence is beyond weird. "What's gotten into you?"

"Flatscans?"

"Homo inferior," he answers. "Humans. The pathetic creatures who think they stand above us, and aren't fit to be trod upon."
