You'd think they'd make it more difficult so someone doesn't accidentally cause the Apocalypse and take all the credit. That's a megalomaniacal villain's worse nightmare right there: someone else getting to give the long-winded evil victory speech. [ That's not even a lie right there. The villains she'd run up against really seemed to love getting the chance to monologue about their dastardly plans. It was almost comical how invested they were in getting the chance to have the last word. Then again, it'd worked out in the end. The more they rambled on about how brilliant they were the more distracted they were from their actual goal. ]
