He flips it around and holds it like an icepick so that the finger closest to the blade is the pinkie finger. "Most people use front grip for more precise stabbing, if you're aiming for a specific body part like an eye. Reverse grip is for when you need more force behind the blade and just need to kill someone as quickly as possible."
