[CLOSED] A meeting of Hearts
Who: Inesa
unknownmoirai & Jon Snow
king_inthenorth
What: A cute date.
When: Feburary 14th-ish.
Where: Park Dome/Their Spot in the Trees.
Warnings: None Yet but possibly NSFW.
Valentines Day was a strange concept for the young angel. Not because she didn't understand the desire to celebrate love. But, because it felt so important that it should be treasured every day and not just a singular day of the year. Even so, when she had learned the traditions she had wanted to partake herself, and this year she had someone to share the holiday with.
She knew that Jon wouldn't know what Valentine's Day was but that didn't matter. She wanted to celebrate what they had and the future that they were slowly building together. It was special and it was theirs.
Inesa came to their spot. It was a place that she had once visited alone, using the comfortable private space to think, but when she had brought Jon here... he had kissed her. It had been a tender touch of his lips but it had been the start of something indescribable and wonderful. She found the thick old tree that she had told Jon was similar to the ancient trees of the North and began to carefully place candles and lanterns among its low branches. When she was finished she laid out a thick fur rug that would offer them hours of comfort but it didn't feel like it was enough.
She closed her eyes and found the warmth within herself, the warmth that bubbled and grew with each passing day. Her lips parted and she began to call to the dirt that covered the sphere floor. It only took a moment until grass and flowers decorated the space around the tree and rug. With an excited smile, Inesa ran to fetch Jon as well as the picnic basket she'd left on the kitchen room table.
It didn't take much convincing for Jon to join her and soon they were pushing towards the area that Inesa had set up for them, however, just before they arrived, Inesa stopped Jon. "Alright. We're almost there. I want you to close your eyes." She wanted and only when Jon's eyes were firmly shut did she guide him forward.
The basket of food and drinks was quickly placed on the plush fur rug before she turned and took both of Jon's hands.
"Okay. Open them."
