Even if other things were more complex to sew, it wasn’t as though Llewellyn knew any better. He’s impressed anyway, and happy to hear such pride in his love’s tone. “That’s a lot of progress for the time you’ve spent. I should like to see some of your work sometime.” He responded with a smile, proud of Rhy as well. 

The suggestion is very nice to think about, having some greenery around and to actually take care of it and see it grow and bloom... “I like the sound of that. I will um... do some reading, Pretzel does like finding things to chew on and I’d hate for him to get something he shouldn’t.” 

The last thing he wanted was for the little pup to get sick. Reaching out gently to run a hand down Rhy’s shoulder, he added. “Thank you for thinking of it, dearest.” And for easing his nerves... The conversation, the relaxed atmosphere that had settled, it made it feel a little more like things really were okay.
