Her eyes dropped. "For a long time... I tried to understand her. What it felt like to be lied too, to feel like the years we had together was a lie. I finally understand it now. That pain might have changed but it was me and my lie that put her on this path and I will take responsibility for that. I do hate her but that doesn't mean I don't love her." She looked up, a glimmer of tears in her eyes. "She is still my sister."

Thinking about Jon leaving and forgetting her again hurt. She wanted to stay with him but she also wanted him to be happy and she knew that she might not be able to make him happy.

Then another thought slipped into her mind. She looked down at her skin, the sheen of magic that glimmered through. "Could you make me human?"
