Jon is not as used to the idea of bathhouses as some people are. Bathing in Westeros, when it happens, is usually done in private, or with the help of a servant or two. But he'll give the bathhouses a try.
He is, however, using a bathing suit himself. He's even managed to find one that covers his torso, too. Not because he's ashamed of nudity (it's not like no one's seen him that way before), but rather because he wants to cover the obvious scars on his chest so no one can ask him about them. Especially the one guaranteed to mean he should be dead and not alive and well.
He's not expecting to see anyone else there, so he's surprised at first when he sees Inesa there, and even more when he discovers that she's one of the ones who has chosen not to wear anything in the bath.
He manages to cover his surprise quickly though. "Hello."
