Discomfort was replaced by a sudden jolt of panic. "But I can't swim." Enis wanted to enjoy the party but she didn't really feel like she should.
She didn't belong here.
And what was the point anyway? She didn't have a future or a life to look forward to... What would Tommy say if she told him that she wanted to die?
Maybe this was a mistake.
